Hi, Tom and Joe, I just wanted to tell you that my family loved the canvas. My mother-in-law passed away a couple of years ago and she left behind a wonderful husband, two daughters, a son and 10 grandkids. I wanted to give my father-in-law and my sisters-in-law a present that was a tribute not only to the wife and mother that passed away but to the wonderful family that remains. I am sending you a picture of my father-in-law showing off the canvas. As you can see you made him very happy. I want to send a special thank you to April and Hillary for going out of their way and making this Christmas very special. Thank you, Ana Azcuy Amador

Graham is in the army infantry serving in Iraq. He needed an idea on what to give my daughter, Kayla for Christmas. She told me how much she enjoyed visiting her boyfriend, Graham in Colorado this fall before he had to go to Iraq to fight this war. I designed a collage for the canvas he gave her. She was very touched by the rememberance of their time together.

My mother, who recently moved to another state from the house I grew up in, took the photo that I used to present to her. A few years ago she gave me the framed photo as a gift. The picture is a great shot of my three kids on the lakefront. She was in tears and moved beyond words when she opened it on Christmas. It is such a special gift that she truly appreciates.

This is a photo of my mom Dolores Mandel holding the Canvas On Demand gift I gave to her for Christmas. The picture is of my dad Cornelius "Neil" Mandel who passed away on December 7, 2004. It was a gift to her in remembrance of him. We always say he chose that day to leave because he was such a devoted military man for 28 years and served his country proudly. He was also a very devoted father of 8 children. At the time the photo was taken, our family was stationed in Tokyo, Japan and we lived on a military base for 3 years. In the photo my dad is wearing his flight jacket with his name sewn on a patch on the left of the jacket and the squadron's "Bat" patch, which is the patch for the VAW 12 Squadron, on the right side. This patch is still in the fleet and now belongs to VAW 127 "Seabats." Another interesting thing about this photo is that my dad is holding his 5th child, Kevin, who was born in Japan and who now has my dads flight jacket. He's very proud of it's history. Everyone who sees this gallery wrap photo wants to know where I got it and just loves it! I've given out all of the coupons that were sent with the package and I'd love to give out more. Thank you for making this great gift a possibility for me and my mom.
Sincerely,
Bridget Mandel-Fawcett

Tom & Joe,
You guys made up a big 2 x 3 canvas of my wife and I at our lake house in NC.....all suntanned and smiling. Our kids took a photo of us holding it at Christmas, and concluded that we looked more "real" in the canvas than we did in the flesh.
Can't get much better than that.

Our daughter, Anna-Elizabeth, died suddenly and unexpectantly in my arms on Jan. 29th 2006. She was 6 1/2 years old. Our Baby Girl was gone. In the aftermath of such a horrific life changing event, our friends got together and organized a charity in her name The Anna-Elizabeth Garner Foundation. We donate the money to benefit her school. As a result the library (her favorite place) is now named in her honor. Because you guys do such a fantastic job, I had a photo I shot of her the previous Easter printed, framed and it is hanging in the library for all of her friends to see. The kids LOVE it. It makes them so happy to be able to see her again. You guys are the best.
Sincerely, Anna-Elizabeth's Mommy

This summer my father and I, along with my newborn son, posed for a family portrait. My father held up a picture of HIS father and grandfather. The special part was that we all have the name...it was five generations of Paul L. Weitfle(I through V) in the same shot. My father loved it!

My oldest brother passed away June 2003 and just before the family was leaving the cemetery, I gathered most of them together for a group shot. I sent it to Canvas on Demand and had a 16 x 20 canvas made (11/06) and hung it on my wall. To this date, every family member that sees it, wants one. At the time I took the picture, I had no idea that it was possible get it put on canvas and I certainly had no idea it would turn out as beautiful as it did. I plan to get at least five more of them put on canvas. My only regret is that I am no in the picture.

Our son Eric met Kasey when they were about 3 yrs. old. They hadn't seen each other since they were about 5 until Eric turned 19. Well, it was love at second sight and they are now engaged and planning to get married on June 8th of this year.
When we gave them their "Canvas" of when they were 4 and smitten with each other they were thrilled and plan to display it at their wedding reception along with an engagement photo.

My boyfriend Boo had to put his English Black Lab, Jesse, down in September due to old age and a growing tumor around his heart. Boo had had Jesse since he was just a baby and it was a difficult (but good) decision. Jesse was one of those special dogs - really handsome and very sweet. I found a photo of Jesse and sent it to Canvas on Demand. The artistic rendering of brush strokes made Jesse's black fur look so luxuriously silky and beautiful. Boo was touched and I know he is happy to have a unique and beautiful reminder of his old buddy, Jesse.

My husband and I had been debating what we would get his parents for Christmas, seeing as they have everything. I ordered 2 canvases previously- one for my father and one for my grandmother and they were gorgeous. I showed my husband and he had just the idea.
We would get his parents a canvas of the family cat, Runston that was going on 21, and starting to struggle with eating and walking. I thought this would be a great idea for in the future when she passes away. His parents came and visited at Thanksgiving, bringing Runston with them. We all had a chance to enjoy her and love her, maybe for the last time. As it turned out she did pass away before Christmas and we were stuck with a decision to make, what to do. I decided that we should go ahead and buy the canvas as a memory and something to cherish her with in her younger years. The canvas of Runston, up in a tree on a beautiful Florida afternoon, is something that will always be cherished and it brought tears to the eyes of my

My husband was an artist who only painted to give of his gift of art to those he loved and those who could not afford to purchase art at the high prices many have on them. His gol was to only paint to make others happy. He had a great talent and you have given me the opportunity to share these paintings with others at a reasonable price and also to help support myself. I am truly happy to share my husbands love of art with others and let him live on even though he is no longer with us. His paintings are all filled with love.

My mother passed away suddenly last year just one week after her favorite holiday, New Years. This was the first year that my father and I were going to be spending the New Year without her. I wanted to make it extra special for my dad especially since my mom never got the chance to see her newest grandson, my now four month old baby boy. Her grandsons were the light of her life and I wanted to capture that for my dad in loving memory of my mother. My father is very modest and proud. He is not big on accepting gifts. But this canvas photo of his grandkids melted his heart and the joy in his eyes made this holiday extra special. He immediately displayed it for all to see in his living room and thanked me many times for this truely genuine gift. I wanted to thank COD for the great job you did and for taking extra special care in making sure my canvas order looked beautiful.

My mother sees our kids, who are now 4 and 2, only twice a year because she lives across country from us. She called me when she received the beautiful canvas of my two-year-old son sitting on my daughter's lap and said, "I love it, they're so beautiful, they're so real, they're so big," and she burst into tears. Thank you for giving her a life-like experience of my kids when they couldn't be there for the holidays.

It was my parents 30th anniversary and my brother and I had planned to throw a little suprise with 20+ relatives from different states over. At the end of dinner, we gave them their gift (the canvas) and they were so shocked and happy. It was a wallet size and the ONLY wedding picture that they had was blown up to 16x20. I've never seen them so happy. Thank you COD!!!

My husband and I moved into our new house almost 2 years ago. We've been searching for just the right picture to hang on our stairway wall, which has cathedral ceilings. All the pictures we had tried in the past just weren't right. Finally, we decided to honor our marriage by choosing our wedding photo. It's the perfect fit on that long wall and it reminds us every day of the commitment we made to each other and how much we love each other.
Thank you for making that wall so special. You did a fabulous job.

My sister has a special connection with my 10 month old son, Sebastian. Since we live in New York and she lives in Denver, we have had to meet up in different places for her to see him often. When we were together in our hometown in Minnesota, my sister shared a "country" moment with her "city" nephew. Thanks to my "live" online help from COD, I was advised on what size and style (light brush strokes) to make our gift as memorable as the actual moment.

On Dec. 12th, 2006, we lost our 1st family dog to cancer. This hit our family hard, especially my husband. We had our dog "Kihei"-named after our favorite vacation spot on Maui, for 10 years. He was found by our good friends with another dog lost on Hurricane Ridge, WA while on a hike. No owners could be located, so my husband Eric said we would adopt Kihei and he's been a wonderful watchdog, companion, and family dog since then. My son Ryan came downstairs with several photos of Kihei and wanted to give his dad a photo of them together for Christmas. We quickly rushed this to you, as I remembered my sister-in-law having you doing canvas's for her. Thank you so much for getting to us before Christmas and making this such a wonderful, thoughtful gift from my son.
Love, The Watsons

Every year I search for something Gloria wouldn't dream of receiving. I found Canvas on Demand on the web and decided to give it a try. The first photo was too small a file to use and C on D left a message on my home phone just asking me to call. Gloria relayed the message to me at work and I was afraid the secret had been compromised. However, I had recently managed to get my airplane into a hangar, so I mumbled that I'd call them back but since I'd gotten the airplane housed I no longer needed a canvas. That satisfied her and Christmas morning was a fantastic surprise. The rendering of our 35th anniversary photo totally exceeded my expectations (and hers!). Thanks for helping make this a memorable Christmas.

My wife Julie and I had trouble trying to start a family for several years. My wife is an only child and her parents wanted to be Grandparents very much. After much heartache and dissapointment, we were blessed with a baby boy we named Tallon. He is the Joy of our hearts and Grandma and Grandpa are thrilled with the new edition to our family. The picture we had framed was taken at Pilar's birthday dinner on December 12 and shows an exuberant boy with his loving Grandmother. We gave the canvas to Pilar for Christmas and she was absolutely delighted! Thank you.

As a 1st anniversary/Christmas gift for ourselves, we decided to get an enlargement of our two boston terriers, Charlotte and Bristol. Unfortunately it took me a little while to find an original of our favorite picture that would be clear enough to enlarge to a 30x40. I thought for sure we would never get it in time for Christmas. However, the Friday before Christmas, FedEx showed up at the door with package in hand. We were sooo excited. After the unveiling, I don't think that we stopped smiling for days. Even now, everytime we look at it, the smile returns. The picture truly shows the personality of our girls and is the perfect addition for our home. We are so thankful to Jon for checking up on my progress in finding a copy of the picture that would work and Canvas On Demand for the quick turn-around time to complete the picture. You guys are awesome!!

My husband is terrible to buy Xmas gifts for...since he always buys what he wants, often weeks before the holiday. This year, I sent Canvas On Demand a picture of him fly fishing in Colorado. This was the last big trip we went on before having a new baby (and no more fishing trips). Canvas On Demand did a great job, making this detailed photo (Matt is fishing in the background) into a large (20x40) print perfect for his office. He was touched and surprised at the gift (for once) and is hoping to get more photos done in this way.
Thanks for your efforts and getting it to me in time for the Holiday.

I took this photo when visiting my parents new Retirement home in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. They live on Crown Lake and Every morning while I was there I happened to wake up at 5:35 am. I took Pictures of some of the most beautiful sun riseses I have ever seen. After I returned to Illinois my mom was complaining that the wall in the livingroom was too large for any picture they hung up. I got the idea of blowing up a picture of one of the sunrises I had shot when I was there. I heard of Canvas on Demand from a local framing store. I thought it would be really neat to have a huge picture of the lake hanging in the living room. It is the same view you see when you look out the window but at a time of the day when most people are are still sleeping. It is a beautiful picture. They have commented how much they love it several times since christmas. I will not be able to see it until June when I go back to visit them. Thank you Canvas On Demand, You made our holiday shopping a lot easier. I know what they will be getting next year for Christmas!! SHHHHH!!!

Thank You, the 3.5 yrs on our sailboat Pickpocket was one of the highlights of our 44 years of marriage. Now, 10 years later, this canvas tells it all! It will hang in a very special place on the Bigfork River in MN. You can't imagine what this picture means to us, it tells a fairytale story that really happened to real people, and you made it possible to hang it on our wall.
