I made a purchase, but can’t find my voucher.

Please note that once you buy a voucher, it will take up to 24 hours for you to receive it. You will receive your voucher by email. If you cannot find your voucher, please contact support.

How do I support my favorite cause?

Visit http://www.canvasondemand.com/donations/charities and locate your non-profit of choice. On the non-profit's page, click the Facebook "Like" button. Then, click on the "Yes! Donate For Me" button and Canvas On Demand will donate 25¢ to that cause.

Does this cost me anything?

No. For every Facebook "Like", Canvas On Demand will donate 25¢ to each cause you select. The only thing it costs you is your time.

Can I just click the same organization over and over again until they reach their limit?

No. A given individual can only click the 25¢ button once per organization. For Facebook Likes, each organization can be granted a maximum of $500 (2,000 "Likes"); we want to allow as many people as possible the opportunity to help these organizations.

Can I click and donate to more than one cause?

Yes. If you want, you can click the 25¢ button for every organization in the program - but only once per organization.

Is there a way to increase my support?

Yes. Every participating organization's page has a $45 voucher offer for a 16"x20" gallery-wrapped canvas (which normally costs $127). For each voucher that you purchase between Nov. 1 and Dec. 25, 2012 from an organization’s page, Canvas On Demand will donate $10 to that organization via Network for Good. There is no limit on the number of vouchers you can purchase or the amount that Canvas On Demand will give to that organization. And, in addition to supporting your cause, you're also getting a fabulous personalized canvas at an awesome price!

Can I donate to charities that are not listed on your site?

Unfortunately, no. This program is currently limited to 50 pre-selected non-profits. However, if you would like to nominate a cause for next year, please send your recommendation to donationsupport@cafepress.com.

How long does this program run?

This program runs from Nov. 1 to Dec. 25, 2012.

I'm not on Facebook, but I still want to donate. How can I participate?

For the 25¢ donation program, you must have a Facebook account. However, you can participate in the $45 voucher offer without logging in to Facebook; just send an email to donationsupport@cafepress.com.

How do I list my non-profit with the Canvas on Demand Community Donation Program?

As a project in its first year, the Community Donation Program is limited to select non-profits. If your organization was selected, your administrator would have received a link to a signup page to participate. If you would like to nominate an organization for this year or next, please send your request to donationsupport@cafepress.com.

How does my organization solicit participation?

Once your organization has been approved, you will receive a link to your unique public donations page. You can send this link to your fans and supporters through email campaigns, social media sites, word-of-mouth, etc. Each time a new user “Likes” your page, Canvas On Demand will donate 25¢ to your charity for a maximum of $500. You can also encourage users to purchase a $45 canvas voucher from your page, and Canvas On Demand will donate an additional $10 for each voucher sold to your organization via Network for Good.

When should we expect to receive our donations?

The Community Donation Program runs from Nov. 1 to Dec. 25, 2012. Donations will be administered at the completion of the program and before December 31, 2012. All donations will be made to your organization via Network for Good.

How long does it take to receive donations?

The date your organization receives its donations may vary. For donations totaling less than $10, Canvas On Demand will send a check directly to your organization. For donations greater than $10, Canvas On Demand will send the donation to your organization via Network for Good. Canvas On Demand will take every effort to ensure you receive your check before the end of the year.

Why do you utilize Network for Good for donation distribution?

Network for Good has been distributing donations to a vast network of charities for more than ten years. As a Canvas On Demand partner, this reliable organization has proven capabilities and processes in place to ensure accurate and efficient charitable distribution.

Is there a way to boost donations?

Yes. The more supporters you persuade to "Like" us on Facebook and then click to donate, the more money your organization will receive. If your supporters also purchase a Canvas voucher, that's an automatic $10 for every voucher purchased in your non-profit's name.

Is there a maximum donation amount my organization can receive?

Yes and no. For the donate-per-click feature, there is a maximum number of 2,000 clicks (donation limit of $500). However, if your supporters purchase Canvas on Demand vouchers Nov. 1 through Dec. 25, 2012, Canvas on Demand will donate $10 to your organization per voucher. There is no maximum donation here. All donations will come to you via Network For Good.

Can our supporters participate without Liking Canvas on Demand on Facebook?

Yes. If your supporters would like to purchase a $45 voucher with $10 going to your organization, please have them send an email to donationsupport@cafepress.com.

Why do I need a Landing Page?

Your dedicated landing page serves as a way to track your donations from the site, enabling you to see how much money you’ve raised through this program. It also serves as additional promotion for your organization, and strengthens your association with Canvas on Demand (which we’re proud to say reaches people all over the world!).

Can I design and submit my own Landing Page?

Unfortunately no. But we do ask that you submit your logo when you register. Your landing page will be unique to your organization and it's a great way to maintain a presence on our site, while also keeping tabs on received donations.

What forms do I need to fill out?

As an administrator, you will need to fill out the information on our signup page. You will also receive a trademark license agreement that you'll need to sign and fax back to Canvas On Demand before your page goes live.
