My mom did a project this past christmas called operation Project Santa. It started out as delivering enough stockings to my base to give one stocking to each individual soldier on that base. There were roughly 6000 soldiers at the time. When word of the project spread throughout Iraq mothers all over the U.S. wanted their deployed soldier to receive a stocking. So it went from 6000 filled stockings to my mom stuffing, packing, designing and sending over 12,000 stockings throughout Iraq, Afghanistan, parts of Kuwait and a soldiers hospital in Germany. It cost over like $19,000.00 to ship and my mom raised money from our local community, kids from grades 1st-12th made stockings and filled them with their personal favorite gifts and letters. It was a country wide project that started with one individual-My mom. I couldn't think of a better way to thank her than this. SO please help me thank a very special and unique lady. Read More

My mom is a helper, she tries to help everyone she comes in contact with. She has been there for my wife and I whenever times were rough. Lets see... her best cooked meal would have to be her chicken enchiladas oh and there is her chicken broccoli casserole. But it's all pretty good. Read More

My mom is the best and the greatest cook. Her best home cooked meal is all of her meals. I miss eating her food and enjoying a meal with my family. One of the many fondest memories that I have is when we would go, just me and her, anywhere. The fact that we were having quality time together was the greatest. She surprised me when she wanted to listen to some music that I never would have thought that she would have listened to. She and my dad raised all of us kids the best they knew and to me it was the best. I was very fortunate to have them as parents. She stuck by me and helped me when I needed help. She also was there for me to talk to whenever I had a problem. Love ya mom! Read More
