Q: When will I receive my canvas?
A: Within 3 weeeks from the day we receive your photo.

Q: What size photo should I send?
A: A JPG (JPEG) image is preferred that was taken with a 3 megapixel camera or higher. If there are problems we will contact you, so do not worry.

Q: Is there a time limit to send in my photo?
A: Yes, one year. The expiration date is printed on the kit you received in the mail.
