1. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older, on the entry date, except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) of Canvasondemand.com and their respective affiliates, advertising, promotional and vendors.
2. How to enter: Beginning the 1st of each month until the last day of that month, you may enter the sweepstakes in the following ways: (I) online by visiting the Canvasondemand.com website (www.canvasondemand.com) and joining the Canvasondemand.com email newsletter list (LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON AND PER VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT). If there is a dispute about to whom the email address belongs, it will be deemed submitted by the email account holder. If multiple entries are received by the same entrant, only the first entry submitted by that entrant will qualify for entry in the Sweepstakes; subsequent entries submitted by that entrant shall be disqualified. (II) handwriting your name, email address and phone number either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8 _ X 11 inches, and mailing the card or paper to Canvas On Demand Win A Canvas Contest, PO Box 900044, Raleigh, NC 27675-9044. Mail-in entries will entered for the month they arrived at the PO Box. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void. 3. Prizes: One (1) grand prize winner shall win a canvas of their choice including shipping. No substitutions, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes by any winner.
4. Drawing and notification: Winners of the contest will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about the 1st of each month under supervision of a sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email. If the potential winner cannot be reached at the email address provided on the entry form and/or does not respond to Canvasondemand.com at info@canvasondemand.com within five (5) days from Canvasondemand.com's first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these official rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.
5. General conditions: All federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. Prizewinners may be required to execute (and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or a Publicity Release (the "Affidavit/Release") which must be returned to and received by Sponsor within ten (10) days from winner's receipt of the Affidavit/Release. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for Canvasondemand.com to use the winner's name, address (city and state), product ordered with contest winnings, and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, no known and hereafter devised, including without limitation online, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply fully with each provision in these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this contest and any person who does not comply with these official rules, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
The contest is void where prohibited by law.
6. Limitations of liability: Canvasondemand.com reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, or suspend this contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. With respect to web entries, Canvasondemand.com is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. With respect to mail entries, Canvasondemand.com is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged, postage due, or misdirected mail/contest entries. Canvasondemand.com is not responsible for any incidental, consequential or other damages or claims beyond or in addition to the prizes awarded, or the value thereof.
