"This photo was taken during an engagement shoot of Haley and John. I was obviously enspired by the famous "American Gothic" painting. Haley, a country girl, moved to Chicago and fell in love with John, a Chicago cop. They came back home to Haley's family farm to shoot these photos. Everything about the shoot was focused on mixing city and country together. Their modern back, sleek attire represents the city life they live and of course everything else is country.
