I received my order today! I have to admit, I was a little hesitant about ordering something like this over the Internet without seeing what it would look like beforehand. I cannot even begin to tell you how pleased I am. The clarity and color is awesome! The turnaround time from order to receipt (4 days) amazing!!! I originally ordered a 20x24, but you changed it to a 20x30 for a better fit AT NO CHARGE TO ME!!! That was an incredible gesture on your part. Thank you, thank you! The frame is high quality. I cannot stop staring at this portrait. This is a gift for my in-laws for Christmas from the entire family, I know they are going to absolutely LOVE IT!! I can hardly wait for them to open it!
