My Experience with Canvas On Demand

Canvas On Demand is amazing. As a newbie, I probably experienced a lot more than most, but COD made it an easy ride -

1) I was afraid to throw money at something I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out. 100% Money Back Guarantee. Check!

2) Tried to send the image over in 300 DPI and it kept failing. COD's tech got back to me ASAP and said to use 150 DPI (like the instructions say to do :o) Worked like a charm. Helpful and understanding. Check!

3) I had gotten a Coupon for $25 off, but could not find it at the time of my order. Wouldn't you know, I found it the day after :o( I emailed COD and they gladly, no questions asked, applied it to my order. Friendly with Great Customer Service. Check!

4) Placed my order on Wednesday Night at 10 PM CST (11 PM EST where COD is located) and received it the following Wednesday. Delivered on the 5th business day after my order and I am a 3 day ship. Quick Service. Check!

5) I was a little worried about a dinged corner in the Canvas, but upon receiving my 24x30 Canvas Wrap, the first thing I noticed was the packaging. It came in what seemed to be a supported box withing a box. The corners of the Canvas were approximately 5-10 inches away from the actual box corners. There was no way this thing was getting damaged. Care and Service. Check!

6) Once the Canvas was unpacked, everyone who has seen it cannot believe it. Nothing but compliments. Quality Product. Check!
