About My Photo I Turned into Canvas Art
My son died on Memorial Day 2007. My daughter was to be married on September 8, 2007; she asked if I wanted to postpone the wedding since he would not be able to be a groomsman. I gave it much thought and accidentally found Canvas on Demand. I found his prom picture that had been taken by my daughter in our yard two years previously. I uploaded it to COD on Tuesday and received the portrait on Saturday. The groomsmen were dressed in similar tuxedo's right down to the red rose. We set that spectacular picture on a table covered with the same black cloth that the bridesmaid dresses were made from, and put two white candles in crystal candlesticks on either side of him. My other daughter lit the candles when she came up the aisle. The wedding was memorable and Canvas on Demand made a bittersweet day one that showed my daughter that her brother, Jennings, will always be with us.
