My Experience with Canvas On Demand

I was absolutely delighted with the quality and the service. I saw Canvas On Demand at a trade show in Raleigh, N.C. and took advantage of a free offer for a 20X16 canvas print. In placing my order online I mistakenly clicked on the wrong size and did not know it until I completed the transaction, and could not retract and make the correction. I sent a "distress" e-mail to service and I received immediate confirmation the size correction had been made. Then, I received my canvas within the next few days - absolutely beautiful work. My only regret was I had cropped the photo a bit tight without allowing for the 1.5 museum wrap, but the results were still great. I will definitely be using Canvas On Demand in the future. Service from contact to production and follow-up was awesome!
