Once I placed the order they called me the next morning to speak to me, I had sent one of the pic's way to small. I spoke to them and e-mailed them a few times after that, they sent me an e-mail the second they were sent, and I received them on the date they stated. I most definitely will be ordering from the again. Lot's of Christmas gifts! =)
