About My Photo I Turned into Canvas Art
My boyfriend and I are both volunteer firefighters, and if you know a firefighter, none of us like getting the same old fire themed blanket, shirt, hat, etc. I needed a birthday gift for him that would be like nothing else he had. The picture is from the first fire we worked together, and this is my favorite picture from that day. It's a horrible experience for the family, but it also effects all of us. The picture helps remind us that the work we do is for the community and it's my way to say Happy Birthday to my favorite firefighter.
