About My Photo I Turned into Canvas Art

This photo was taken at an outing to specifically see the aspen trees changing colors in the Leadville/Twin Lakes Village, CO area on September 27, 2008. We got a little lost trying to find our way to another lake around the Twin Lakes area when we wound up on the road with this breathtaking view.

My Experience with Canvas On Demand

I thought a canvas would be a very unique way to display a photograph, rather than the usual framing and matting I have done with photos in the past. I researched three different companies that produce canvas(es) from photographs and Canvas on Demand had very competitive prices. However, the selling point for me was the Customer Showcase. I enjoyed admiring other people's photos and reading their reviews.

I placed my order and within twenty-four hours, Mr. Keane e-mailed me and said the photo I submitted didn’t fit the exact proportions for the size of canvas I had chosen (20x24) and he would be making the canvas a custom size (18x24) at no extra charge to ensure a good fit. I received my canvas ten days later in perfect condition. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this canvas and will be ordering my daughter's senior portrait with the PixelPainting option for her birthday.
