About My Photo I Turned into Canvas Art

This is my amazing golden retriever, Dustie. He was diagnosed with bone cancer in October of 2008. He underwent an extensive surgery in December to remove the cancer (along with half of his jaw) and recovered beautifully. I could not have asked for a better Christmas present than what I thought was a cancer-free Dustie. We then had an amazing 3 months of nothing but happiness. In March of 2009 I find out that he was not cancer-free, but in fact had a cancerous tumor on his heart. Without any prior symptoms, it had grown so big that it ruptured. We did everything we could have to make him feel comfortable for the next 2 days, and we inevitably had to let him go. This picture was taken 10 days earlier in my front yard. The snow was always his favorite place to be.

My Experience with Canvas On Demand

I think this service is wonderful and I have been telling everyone I know about it. The dimensions I initially chose did not fit with the picture, and the Canvas On Demand staff promptly let me know and upgraded the size free of charge. The canvas I received looked better than the original picture did. My family and I are so happy with the results, we are planning on sending in many more pictures to be made into canvas.
