My Experience with Canvas On Demand
Jon Keane from your staff was amazing. He contacted me directly with a concern over the size of the electronic images we submitted with our order. It turned out that I had inadvertently submitted thumbnail size images instead of the full-size images. Jon personally walked me through how to resubmit the full-size images. He was genuinely concerned with the quality of the finished product, and followed-up again to advise that the canvases might turn out better in a larger size - which Canvas on Demand offered at no extra charge.
I am thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the canvases themselves as well as the top-notch customer service I received. I will most definitely order more canvases in the future and recommend Canvas on Demand to friends and family!
