About My Photo I Turned into Canvas Art

We did family photos for our Christmas cards, and decided to surprise dad with a Canvas On Demand as a Christmas present.

My Experience with Canvas On Demand

This company is AMAZING!!! Right from the beginning their customer service was something which I had never encountered! I had submitted a photo for our Christmas gift for my husband, and instantly had a response from someone on the team that the pixels must have been torqued because the photograph was coming out blurred. Yes, I had tried to do some self correcting and messed up the photo. So, another picture was submitted, and they told me the resolution was perfect. They sent me the surprise Christmas canvas, and I instantly wrapped it up and hid the gift. I finish my shopping early, so keep in mind this gift came to me a week or two into November. Christmas rolls around, my husband opens the gift and loves it! However, we notice the canvas has a little sagging, as if once it was stretched it relaxed and was no longer tight and flush with the frame. I figured I would just contact Canvas On Demand, and find out if I would need to send it in to have it re-stretched, or take it somewhere locally to have it fixed, however it was Christmas...I was busy...forgot to do anything about it. So, we are Into January when I remembered. I sent out a quick little email, INSTANTLY received a response stating how they guarantee their products 100% and they were going to reprint and duplicate my order. That meant the whole order, the frame that I purchased additionally and ALL! I am in the health care field, and my job is dealing with patients all day long so I can say it is truly wonderful to have found a company who puts people before profit! I have referred many family members to you and will continue to spread your name around. In an economy that is falling short, it is incredible to see a company such as Canvas On Demand, values their customers and appreciates their hard earned dollars being spent with them! Thank you for making my experience so wonderful! p.s. your employee that dealt with my "little" problem and re-ordered a new canvas, also recommended that I spray a little water on the back of the canvas to see if it tighten up. So, now my parents will be receiving my old Canvas On Demand.. I couldn't see tossing out the old one, frame and all, so Thank you!!! Lisa A.
