This was the first time I used Canvas On Demand, so I was not sure what to expect. When I placed the order, I wanted to make sure everything turned out how I imagined, so I contacted them about a concern that I had with how the digital image would be cropped. The very next day, someone was in contact with me to assure me all would turn out well. This was a gift I ordered for Mother's Day, and when I placed the order, there was a little box to check if it was a Mother's Day order. Much to my happiness, it was delivered in wonderful time... at least 4-5 days before the holiday! The finished product turned out beautifully. I am very impressed with how friendly the customer service was, and the follow-up process.

The service was superb. I received it in about a week. Jon emailed me to tell me the canvas was on its way. I thought that was nice and emailed him back and was surprised when I got another reply. How very personal! You don't find that dealing on the Internet these days. I also like that CanvasOnDemand will optimize your digital photo to canvas and work through problems. The other companies I researched print what you send them without tryng to optimize the photo. I felt very uncomfortable with that philosophy. I plan to order another canvas print today!

The staff was so helpful and kept me updated what was going on on their side. They are so kind enough to have offered us a bigger size canvas (from 8x10 to 8x12 without any extra charge!). Also, the price is reasonable and the quality of the photo canvas is great! We both love the canvas!
