Holiday 2020: Defeat Shipping Delays
We know this year is a little different so we wanted to give some tips and let you know what we're doing to help you get your beautiful art in time for the holidays.
The holiday season is finally here! We're so proud to turn your favorite photos into custom art and beautiful gifts every year. We know this year is a little different so we wanted to give some tips and let you know what we're doing to help you get your beautiful art in time for the holidays.
1. Order sooner rather than later.
More people than ever are ordering online this year, which can create longer lead times for our handcrafted custom prints. The sooner you get your order in, the sooner our team can get to work! We're offering our best prices of the year, earlier than ever (before Thanksgiving!) so that you can plan your seasonal shopping early. We're also hiring new staff to build up our production and customer service teams to help meet your needs for the holiday season.
2. Be aware of shipping delays.
Shipping carriers across the country, including UPS, have imposed shipping caps on e-commerce businesses due to a surge of online shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic. The best way to ensure any time-sensitive orders arrive on time this holiday season is to order as early as possible.
Between inclement winter weather and intermittent carrier delays due to COVID-19, shipping can take a little longer than usual over the next several weeks. Make sure to read shipping options carefully in checkout to pick the best delivery estimate for you! We're working hard to make sure our turnaround times at checkout are up to date with the latest information from our carrier so your special print arrives in time.
3. We've got your back.
In a time crunch? It's the thought that counts! Get a gift same-day delivered right to your loved ones with a Canvas On Demand e-gift card.
